Job Summary
Recruit, screen, and onboard freelance In-Country Analysts for syndicated and consulting research teams across Greater China and Australasia, managing the full lifecycle from sourcing through profile approval. Coordinate training initiatives, including remote live sessions and curriculum development, while maintaining accurate resource databases and monitoring country fees to support regional research operations. Ensure all documentation complies with internal policies and data privacy requirements, utilizing applicant tracking systems and collaboration tools to optimize recruitment efficiency and pool quality.
Required Qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting end-to-end recruitment processes in English
- Experience supporting project management or operational coordination
- Experience working in international settings
- Strong Microsoft Office skills
- BA/BSc with at least 2 years of experience
- Fluent Mandarin and strong English communication skills
- Proactive mindset
- Strong attention to detail
- Can-do attitude
