Job Summary
Implement designated research trials and provide skilled clinical research nursing care to patients and families. Work closely with Principle Investigators to maintain high-quality coordination of research through compliance with sponsor-specific and regulatory guidelines. Deliver research nursing care with a team-orientation, emphasizing good customer relations, sound clinical judgment, and evidence-based practice aligned with research protocols. Requires an Associate's Degree plus RN with minimum 3 years of nursing experience and 2 years in research. First shift, 40 weekly hours.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree plus RN
- Minimum 3 years of nursing experience
- 2 years research experience
- Equivalent combination of education and experience from which comparable knowledge and abilities can be acquired
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and excellent organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word
- Basic knowledge in data entry (i.e. Excel)
- Licensure/certification as appropriate to clinical profession
- BLS certification
