Job Summary
Senior Research Analyst within BI leads end-to-end research projects from methodological design to presenting results to internal and external clients. The role involves extracting, processing, and interpreting data from syndicated market tools (Instar Analytics, Megasuite/Megatime, TGI and other sources), plus social listening tools. Develop audience profiles, advertising investment analyses, and competitive studies to support strategic decision-making. Produce periodic market reports, benchmarking, and trend monitoring across Chile and the region; translate complex data into clear narratives and executive presentations oriented to the client business. Identify and evaluate new data sources, tools, and methodologies to strengthen the team’s research capabilities, and act as a technical reference in client meetings and insights presentations.
