Job Summary
Coordinate and facilitate day-to-day operations of urology research projects, including analysis, financials, and outcomes; manage recruitment, informed consent, protocol assessments, and data collection; initiate and maintain relationships for study protocols; interview and train new research staff; review and archive study administrative and data management files; manage sponsored projects; monitor compliance and communications; plan for future trends in clinical research; travel to local area hospitals/physician offices as required; work in inpatient/outpatient settings; align with GCP/ICH guidelines and FDA/IRB regulatory requirements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
Desired Qualifications
- Master's degree preferred in Business or Health Care Administration
- Previous research experience preferred
- Knowledge of Good Clinical Practices (GCP) and ICH Guidelines
- Experience coordinating and managing research protocols
- IRB/regulatory understanding
