Job Summary
Lead the delivery of large, strategic multi-country brand tracking studies for the offshore Brand Guidance team; manage timelines, resources, and milestones across multi-market projects; coach and mentor 2–3 junior researchers to build foundational skills and delivery quality; ensure accuracy and consistency across scripts, data tables, dashboards and reports; translate data and analyses into clear, structured, insight-led client-ready reports; present findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders and external clients; drive team performance focusing on client satisfaction and project renewals; collaborate with the APAC team to be a trusted brand partner across Singapore and beyond.
Required Qualifications
- 4-5 years relevant quantitative research experience managing research projects
- College degree in Communications, Marketing, Statistics, Math, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Mass Communication, Management or related discipline
- Knowledge of various statistical and analytical techniques and/or tools is an advantage
- Proficient in MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Familiarity with Kantar’s Meaningful Different and Salient framework, Survey Delivery Model, QLIB and Configurable Automation is an advantage
