Job Summary
Manage accounts on a day-to-day basis and lead a high-performing Insights team to deliver consumer insights and business impact. Oversee client engagement, study design and analysis, and the preparation and delivery of presentations and reports. Act as a key interface between the organization and clients, driving new business opportunities, and implementing broader business initiatives. Ensure delivery of strong consumer insights and that client deliverables meet expectations; guide the team in analytic processes and research methodologies to address client issues; develop and nurture client relationships and internal stakeholder collaboration; coach and develop team members and manage projects toward achieving financial targets. The role emphasizes ISO 20252 compliance and professional development within Kantar’s Insights division in Bangkok, Thailand.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (Marketing preferred)
- 5-7 years’ progressive experience in managing quantitative research studies
- Experience interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on KPIs
- Proven experience in market research or Consumer Insights within agency or end-user environments
- Experience with U&A solutions, concept testing, product testing, ad testing, brand health tracking and other market research techniques
- Ability to develop proposals, strong analytical and storytelling skills, and ability to present results to clients
- Ability to coach and develop team members and manage projects to achieve financial targets
- Knowledge of ISO 20252 standard and adherence to quality procedures
