Job Summary
Lead and manage pharma/medical device market research projects across qualitative and quantitative studies. Responsibilities include proposal development, owning day-to-day study coordination (with Directors), coordinating fieldwork, developing research materials and client presentations, and building strong client relationships. Travel domestically and internationally as required; utilize methodologies to transform data into actionable insights and deliver client-ready outputs. Requires 3-5 years of market research experience, strong communication, and proficiency with MS Office.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-5 years market research experience with market research agency within the pharma or medical device space
- Demonstrate sound knowledge of market research methodologies (qualitative and quantitative)
- Ability to convert data and insights to tell a meaningful story
- Fluency in written and spoken English
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Confident client communication skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Willing and able to travel domestically and internationally as required
