Job Summary
Develop and deliver management information systems in a Higher Education setting: focus on developing systems for collecting and organizing data, producing reports to inform decision making, and providing system administration support for core Division systems. Collaborate with academic and professional services colleagues to deliver vital management information underpinning research aims and ambitions. Requires extensive BI experience, strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences in visual, written, and verbal forms. Based at Falmer House, University of Sussex campus in Brighton, within the Research Information, Quality and Impact Team; visa sponsorship may be available under the Skilled Worker route.
Required Qualifications
- Extensive experience of delivering insightful business intelligence, ideally within a Higher Education setting
- Ability to manage own workload and support other colleagues
- Strong analytical skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences visually, in written form and verbally
