Job Summary
Seeking a motivated Research Laboratory Technician focused on product development to conduct hands-on testing, document results, and ensure compliance with quality standards. This full-time role supports growth in a collaborative environment and requires a commitment to attendance for the first 90 days.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED (verifiable)
- 1+ years of experience in R&D or process development required
- 1+ years in a regulated environment preferred
- Experience working in a laboratory setting with understanding of GLP, GMP, and GDP
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents (drawings, flowcharts, manuals)
- Strong analytical, documentation, and organizational skills
Desired Qualifications
- Associate degree in science, engineering, or math preferred
- Experience with lab equipment such as force/torque gauges, balances, digital/analog tools, and tensile/compression testers (e.g., Zwick/Instron) is a plus
