Job Summary
Research Investigator to support legal and insurance-related investigations. Conduct desk investigations using public records and databases, obtain statements and conduct interviews professionally, and prepare clear, concise investigative reports for client use in legal proceedings. Collaborate with team members, case managers, and clients; manage multiple assignments and meet strict deadlines; maintain confidentiality and uphold legal/ethical standards. Requires strong writing and communication skills, attention to detail, curiosity, critical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Work environment combines fieldwork with office-based research and interaction with clients, witnesses, and legal professionals.
