Job Summary
Develop and refine culturally and linguistically appropriate recruitment campaigns for Chinese, Japanese, and Korean communities using platforms like WhatsApp, LINE, and KakaoTalk. Translate study materials including informed consent documents, and cultivate strategic partnerships with community organizations, healthcare systems, and cultural institutions to support research recruitment. Serve as the liaison between the research team and community stakeholders, monitoring inquiries and providing data-informed recommendations. Maintain recruitment records, analyze enrollment trends, and ensure all activities comply with institutional policies and ethical standards. Collaborate with the research team to implement participant development strategies while reporting administratively to the Assistant Dean.
Required Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Biology or a related scientific field of study
Desired Qualifications
- A Master's Degree in Biology or other related scientific field of study
- 5-7 years of relevant nursing or research experience
- Ability to communicate complex research concepts and findings to interdisciplinary teams
- Strong written skills for preparing reports, documentation and research summaries
- Strong foundation in scientifically rigorous methodologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills that can troubleshoot data, workflow or study related challenges to independently solve and escalate when needed
