Job Summary
Research Integration Specialist who will support FTSE Russell’s Research team by translating research insights into practical, real-world applications. Responsibilities include building and enhancing tools and automated workflows for research efficiency, translating factor methodologies into structured processes, developing data pipelines and research infrastructure, enabling backtesting and performance attribution, and maintaining documentation. Candidates should have Python programming experience, interest in finance or quantitative methods, strong problem-solving skills, a passion for automation and data analysis, and the ability to collaborate across research and technical teams. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or quantitative field is required; senior associate level with a focus on research-technology integration is expected.
Required Qualifications
