Job Summary
Research & Insights Manager role focused on turning data into client-ready insights that strengthen ad-sales narratives and support revenue enablement. Responsibilities include developing data-driven storytelling for RFPs and proactive pitches, producing monthly/quarterly reporting with Looker/Tableau, building dashboards, supporting brand lift and ad-effectiveness analyses, conducting end-to-end primary research using DIY tools (e.g., Suzy, Alchemer, Qualtrics), and leveraging AI tools (Google Gemini, NotebookLM) to enhance synthesis and storytelling. Collaborates with Sales, Marketing, and Editorial to align insights with business priorities and revenue goals, managing multiple projects from initial pitch through post-campaign reporting.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years experience in research/insights/analytics/ad effectiveness
- proficiency in Looker/Tableau or similar BI tools
- experience in primary research (DIY tools like Suzy/Alchemer/Qualtrics)
- knowledge of brand lift/campaign measurement/advertising effectiveness
- ability to build data-driven storytelling and client-ready insights
- ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- comfort with AI-powered tools for research and content development
