Job Summary
Postdoctoral/Research Fellow in Psychiatry and Radiology/NLP neuroimaging research to develop and implement novel MRI pulse sequences and reconstruction algorithms. Responsibilities include collecting, processing, and analyzing structural, diffusion tensor imaging, and fMRI data with AFNI/SPM/FreeSurfer/Matlab/Python; developing new MR imaging pulse sequences; adapting imaging protocols; performing complex-valued signal modeling and statistical analysis of BOLD responses including CO2 challenges; presenting findings in departmental rounds, journal clubs, and ISMRM; and engaging in professional development within a collegial environment.
