Job Summary
Design and conduct experiments characterizing molecular and metabolic signatures of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction using multi-omics approaches in human and large-animal models. Perform bioinformatics analyses of sequencing datasets, including data processing, quality control, integration, and biological interpretation. Integrate multi-omics findings with histological, functional, and clinical phenotypes to elucidate disease mechanisms. This temporary postdoctoral position provides training and education in Dr. Margaret M. Redfield's research program at Mayo Clinic, with potential for patient/research subject contact upon approval.
