Job Summary
Research Engineer / Research Scientist on the North Stars team within OpenAI’s Personal AGI research organization to advance AI-enabled experiences for humanity. You will own and pursue a research agenda to improve model capability and performance, collaborate with research and product teams, build robust evaluations, and design, implement, test, and debug code across the research stack. Candidates should have a deep understanding of machine learning, experience building evaluations for model improvement, and the ability to navigate large ML codebases while thriving in a technically complex environment.
