Job Summary
Develop novel AI models for network biology using large-scale biological data to understand gene network dynamics and accelerate therapeutics discovery. Work closely with computational and experimental biologists to leverage state-of-the-art GPU computing infrastructure and HPC resources. Demonstrate prior hands-on experience with AI model development, Python, and PyTorch through published work or code repositories. Publish research and present findings at conferences while advancing within a collaborative team focused on improving human health.
Required Qualifications
- B.S. in Computer Science
- M.S. in Computer Science or Machine Learning
- Advanced competency in Python and Bash
- Experience with PyTorch, GPU computing, HPC computing, Slurm, GitHub
- Prior experience with AI model development
- GitHub repository or other sample code demonstrating background in AI model development
Desired Qualifications
- M.S. in Computer Science or Machine Learning would be beneficial
