Research Engineer I to customize ground penetrating radar hardware for market readiness, focusing on GPR miniaturization, antenna fabrication and integration, and product improvement. Duties include coordinating with industry and customers to provide services, presenting the product, and contributing to fundraising efforts for a spin-off. Requires hands-on hardware integration capability and the ability to communicate effectively to diverse stakeholders; ideal for an entry-level candidate capable of working under strict timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor qualification degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering or related field
- Some relevant experience or hands-on hardware integration experience
- Familiarity with funding system in Singapore
- Proficiency in hardware integration, system programming
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Competence in hands-on work, presentation and fundraising
- Interpersonal skills such as developing solutions under strict timelines, meticulousness, and strong organizational/time management skills
