Job Summary
Manage the NAVLIN Daily team and lead policy intelligence functions, including MFN tracking, global pricing monitoring, and custom intelligence trackers. Oversee end-to-end delivery of policy services, translating complex developments into actionable insights for biopharma clients through senior subject matter expertise and client briefings. Drive business development by identifying market opportunities, building relationships, and partnering with commercial teams to support revenue growth. Contribute to broader consulting engagements and explore AI and automation to enhance efficiency, generate datasets, and deploy production-ready AI agents for insight synthesis and workflow management.
Required Qualifications
- 6–10+ years of experience in: Health policy, market access, pricing & reimbursement, or related fields
- Analytical mindset
- Strong understanding of: Global pharmaceutical policy landscape
- Pricing and access dynamics (incl. MFN and similar frameworks)
- Proven experience in: Client-facing roles (consulting, advisory, or industry)
- Translating complex policy into business implications
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Familiarity with data analytics or AI-enabled workflows
- Preference is for U.K.-based (remote or London office) but we will also consider applications from other locations (including Germany, Italy, Spain, Ireland)
