Job Summary

Lead on internal and external reporting for MOCA, serving as trusted advisor to the Executive Director. Identify and track key outcomes for the office’s annual report; conduct regular media monitoring; collaborate with internal and external research/data partners to support the mission of reducing antisemitism and anti-Jewish hate crimes; report to the Executive Director. Requires strong research skills to distill qualitative and quantitative data into clear narratives; ability to work independently and in a fast-paced, collaborative environment; demonstrated literacy in NYC government and Jewish communities; interest in research, messaging, policy development, and implementation.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • 5+ years of experience
