Job Summary
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of quantitative research projects, ensuring they meet quality standards and client expectations. Develop operational strategies to improve efficiency while managing a team of analysts, project managers, and staff. Coordinate with cross-functional teams including OPS, DP, Coding, and finance to align operations with strategic goals. Analyze project flow for resource allocation and manage budgets to implement cost-saving measures without compromising quality. Foster strong client relationships as the key point of contact for operational inquiries. Lead by example in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the ability to multitask and solve problems under pressure.
