Job Summary
Synthesize products for R&D project support and prepare lab emulsions with direction from the Technology Manager. Maintain six-month reports for lab reactions, record data from all test projects, and run analytical testing including baseline tests like paint shaker and freeze-thaw validation. Operate Parr reactors and glass kettles while ensuring proper storage and recycling of hazardous chemicals and lab materials. Uphold lab cleanliness, manage equipment maintenance, and ensure safety for self and others. Perform any additional tasks as deemed necessary by the Technology Manager. Requires an Associate's degree in Chemistry and proficiency in MS Office products.
