Job Summary
Senior-level Research Development Partnerships Consultant at The Ohio State University’s Health Sciences Government Resource Center. Drives engagement with funding partners (notably the Ohio Department of Medicaid) to optimize GRC services, defines project scope, and cultivates partner relationships with health systems and medical schools. Advises leadership on development opportunities, guides internal/external stakeholders to improve engagement and customer satisfaction, and presents proposals for new solutions. Requires strong project management, strategic planning, and communication skills; experience in healthcare policy or program design is preferred. The role supports in-person and remote-hybrid work arrangements and emphasizes compliance with sponsor requirements and ongoing relationship management to grow or retain partner engagements.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent is required
- A minimum of eight years of relevant experience required
- Requires successful completion of a background check
- Selected candidate may be asked to complete a pre-employment physical including a drug screen
