Research Data Scientist

Research Data Scientist will assist faculty with technology and data science in research. Responsibilities include implementing and maintaining LLM-based text-to-video pipeline, developing prompting and fine-tuning workflows, integrating text processing with video generation tools, developing guardrails and evaluation metrics for factual consistency and clinical reliability, contributing to secure patient-facing interface, conducting data analysis for experimental studies and clinical trial evaluation, collaborating with clinicians and researchers, managing lab/research duties, supporting data collection and analysis, literature reviews, and ensuring compliance with policies. Position involves in-office work at Harper Center in Chicago, 3 days per week. Pay range $69k-$72k annually; benefits eligible.
