Job Summary

Conduct DXA scans to assess bone density, administer proper positioning and machine calibration, and ensure equipment compliance with regulatory standards. Maintain radiological data integrity by inputting scan results into study databases, performing routine data cleaning, and generating reports. Coordinate participant communication, obtain informed consent, schedule follow-ups, and collect biospecimens and clinical measurements. Manage study logistics including inventory tracking, document issuance, and participant compensation. Work flexible evening and weekend hours, travel between clinic sites, and collaborate with team members to meet study goals.

Required Qualifications

  • ARRT Certification (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists)
  • Licensed by NYS to practice as a diagnostic radiologic technologist
  • Certified by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
  • Cardiovascular Credentialing International (CCI)
  • 1+ years of experience as a technologist
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Must be available for evening and weekend hours
  • Must be able to travel between clinic sites
