Job Summary
Support recruitment of schools and research partners, curate digital devices and assessments, and manage onboarding, training, and scheduling for field research assistants. Oversee communication with participants and sites, provide technical support, and implement data collection activities while ensuring compliance with regulatory policies. Track participant payments, clean and audit data files, and monitor project progress. This grant-funded role involves maintaining research protocols and assisting with study design, budget development, and qualitative data coding. Fluent in English and Spanish is a priority.

- Relevant research experience
- Experience coding in Stata and/or R
- Willingness to travel to research sites
- Experience working with Qualtrics and/or Survey CTO
- Experience working with messaging management platforms
- Experience working with low-income communities
- Organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, effective time manager
- Team player – collaborative, reliable, ability to receive and give constructive feedback, flexible, supportive
- Comfortable working with remote collaboration tools
- Independent – able to problem solve, prioritize and exercise good judgment under time pressure
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
