Job Summary
Coordinate research activities to support the rollout of Helix in precision medicine initiatives, including participant recruitment, data collection and study documentation; collaborate with clinicians and researchers to design and implement research protocols; ensure IRB and regulatory compliance, obtain informed consent, manage genomic data privacy and security, develop educational materials for participants, and integrate genomic data into secure systems for analysis and clinical use; monitor study progress, prepare reports, and serve as a resource for clinicians and researchers involved in Helix-related studies; strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder-engagement skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a health related field
- 2+ years of experience in either clinical practice or research studies OR Associate’s (or practical nurse diploma) degree in a health related field and 4+ years of experience in either clinical practice or research studies required
- LICENSES / CERTIFICATIONS: Collaborative Institutional Training Initiative (CITI) Program training required within 30 days of hire
