Job Summary
Research Coordinator I position, full-time on-site at USC Mark and Mary Stevens Center for Orthobiologics. Responsibilities include screening eligible patients for data and sample collection, obtaining consent, coordinating study enrollment and data/sample handling, transporting samples to labs, ongoing data collection and management of databases, assisting with IRB-related tasks, coordinating subject activities, scheduling appointments, producing reports, maintaining accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing education to study subjects about clinical trials. Requires Bachelor's degree, at least 1 year of relevant experience, strong MS Office skills, excellent communication, ability to multitask, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (minimum)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a related role
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Effective communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
