Job Summary
Research Coordinator I at USC’s Mark and Mary Stevens Center for Orthobiologics. The role supports faculty with research studies and involves screening eligible patients for data and sample collections, obtaining consent, coordinating study enrollment and data/sample handling, transporting samples to labs, ongoing data collection and database management, IRB-related tasks, preparing IRB applications, coordinating participant activities and appointments, generating reports, and ensuring protocol compliance. Requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 1 year of experience; on-site at USC Health Science Campus in Los Angeles, CA with an hourly rate of $32.01. Maintains records, assists with audits/monitor visits, and collaborates with study teams and external providers to meet study objectives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree
- Minimum Experience: 1 year
- Working knowledge of MS Office applications
- Demonstrated effective communication and writing skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
