Job Summary
Coordinate pediatric nutrition research in a part-time role focused on behavioral factors contributing to childhood obesity. Recruits subjects in the Greater Houston area, conducts eligibility screenings, schedules and conducts study visits, collects and manages data, and performs clinical assessments (e.g., height/weight, memory assessments). Delivers online intervention material and supports dietary assessment protocols. Interfaces with families and research staff, adheres to GCP and institutional policies, and ensures proper study material handling. Requires CPR certification, High-Rise Fire Safety, and Food Handling trainings; involves local travel and a schedule with weekday mornings, afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends. Not eligible for benefits.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or GED
- Three years of relevant experience
