Research Compliance Specialist

Job Summary
Conduct for-cause audits and periodic compliance reviews of research protocols and documentation to monitor adherence to IRB determinations and reporting requirements. Write reports communicating findings with investigators, committees, and appropriate parties while identifying gaps and recommending corrective actions. Design and implement training programs on IRB submission processes and federal regulations, developing multimedia resources and coordinating workshops for faculty, staff, and students. Partner with academic units to strengthen ethical research practices and ensure adherence to institutional policies and best practices in human subjects research.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field (e.g., research compliance, public health, social sciences, etc.)
- 3 years relevant program experience
- Experience with human subjects research
- IRB operations
