Job Summary
Conduct clinical care for participants according to protocol requirements and standing orders, including performing procedures such as vital signs and laboratory tests. Screen, consent, and execute study procedures while maintaining source documents and completing Case Report Forms. Adhere strictly to study protocols throughout the clinical trial period, ensuring all assessments and clinical supply accountability are met. Accompany sponsor representatives during site visits, accumulate data for study closure, and ensure studies meet Quality System requirements. Requires a Registered Nurse or Respiratory Therapist with a Colorado license, current availability, and strong communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Must be a Registered Nurse or Registered Respiratory Therapist with a current license in the state of Colorado/Degree and licensing required
- Must not have any disciplinary action on license history
- Must be capable of performing all clinical tasks relevant to licensure and/or training
- Must be able to clearly communicate verbally with participants
- Must have good interpersonal skills, demonstrated through interactions with participants, Element staff, Sponsor representatives, etc.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized
- Attention to detail is an absolute must
- Possession of good communication skills (verbal, written)
- Possession of independent, problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge and compliance with laboratory procedures, quality and safety requirements
- Strong Organizational and Scheduling Skills
- Availability, flexibility, and maturity to represent the company at a broad range of events/projects in the community, with customers and within the company
Desired Qualifications
- Clinical Research Experience preferred, but not required
- Technical background is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Well-developed oral and written communication skills to meet a variety of communication needs, Good interpersonal skills that foster open upward and downward communication built on mutual respect
- Ability to interface with participants
