Job Summary
Perform experiments and data analysis, accurately document observations, and summarize findings for assigned projects. Troubleshoot experiments, identify abnormal trends, and validate new products and technologies. Present data at R&D meetings with conclusions and future plans as directed. Contribute to laboratory operations including cleaning, equipment maintenance, inventory ordering, and waste disposal. Provide technical support and training on product use and protocols within R&D and other departments. Weekend work availability is required. Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences is the minimum qualification; experience with molecular biology techniques and cell culture is considered an asset. Join STEMCELL Technologies' Pluripotent Stem Cell and Epithelial teams within R&D to support the development of innovative cell culture media and isolation systems.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences
- Experience performing high quality, reproducible laboratory experiments
- Experience performing statistical analyses and interpreting experimental data with guidance
- Availability for weekend work
