Job Summary
Research Associate at Spencer Stuart in Hong Kong supporting executive search engagements. Responsibilities include contributing to client kick-offs, developing search strategy and target company lists, preparing benchmark candidate profiles and background information, compiling and validating board-level information, gathering industry and company data, presenting a comprehensive universe of qualified candidates, coordinating with consultants and executives, and maintaining up-to-date assignment details in Quest. Ideal candidates have at least 5 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong English and Cantonese communication; ability to manage multiple projects, demonstrate confidentiality, and work across international teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in executive search, leadership advisory, or strategy consulting environment, or corporate HR management with a focus on organizational development and/or organizational culture
