Research Associate / Senior Research Associate, In Vivo Pharmacology

Job Summary
Execute in vivo pharmacology studies using mouse oncology models, including tumor implantation, compound administration, and blood collection. Perform multiple dosing routes including intravenous, intraperitoneal, and subcutaneous administration while maintaining accurate laboratory notebooks and electronic records. Conduct immunological assays including ELISA, MSD, and flow cytometry to characterize pharmacodynamic responses, and analyze experimental data using GraphPad Prism or FlowJo. Culture and maintain human and murine cell lines to support xenograft and syngeneic studies. Independently plan experimental execution, troubleshoot technical challenges, and mentor junior laboratory personnel. Follow all IACUC protocols and SOPs while collaborating with multidisciplinary project teams to generate high-quality preclinical data supporting target validation and advancement of oncology and immunology programs.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biology, Immunology, Pharmacology, Animal Science, or a related life science discipline
- 1-3 years of relevant laboratory experience in academia or industry
- 3-5 years of relevant experience with demonstrated independence in experimental execution and data interpretation
- Demonstrated experience performing mouse handling, dosing, blood collection, and tissue collection
- Experience maintaining mammalian cell cultures
- Experience with GraphPad Prism, FlowJo, or equivalent data analysis software
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
