Job Summary

Role focuses on designing and executing in vitro immunoassays with CAR-T cells and/or oncolytic viruses, preparing genomic libraries, producing and titering lentivirus, assisting with in vivo murine studies and tissue processing/analysis by flow cytometry, maintaining multiple tumor cell lines, documenting and reporting experimental data per SOPs, and effectively communicating findings in team and cross-functional meetings. Requires a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or similar field, at least one year of hands-on lab experience, proficiency with DNA/RNA extraction and sequencing library generation, mammalian cell culture and aseptic technique, and strong organizational and communication skills. Preferred experience includes lentivirus production, mouse tissue harvesting, flow cytometry/cell sorting, T cell functional assays, and oncolytic viruses.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Immunology, Cell Biology, Biochemistry, or similar field
  • At least one year of hands-on laboratory experience in related field
  • Experience with molecular biology techniques including DNA/RNA extraction and sequencing library generation
  • Proficiency in mammalian cell culture and diligent aseptic techniques
  • Ability to independently execute and interpret experimental assays
  • Excellent organizational, problem-solving, planning and time management skills
  • Collaborative and positive attitude, ability to work in a team, and dedicated work ethic and the desire to work in a flexible and fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
