Job Summary
The Research Associate will design and execute experiments under the PI, conduct molecular, cellular, and biochemical assays as part of neuroscience research in Psychiatry, collect and analyze data using statistical and imaging software, contribute to manuscript preparation and presentation of findings, and maintain detailed lab records. The role includes collaboration with multiple study teams, training/mentoring junior staff or students, managing laboratory inventory and equipment, and potential involvement in animal husbandry and physiological data collection. The position is part-time (50% FTE) with responsibilities that may extend beyond standard hours and include offsite travel as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Master's Degree in a field of science or Bachelor's in a field of science with two years of laboratory experience
