Job Summary
The Research Associate, Process Development Downstream will support downstream process development and purification of antibodies and proteins, including buffer formulation, chromatography method development, filtration, and analytical assays (A280, HPLC). Responsibilities include assisting in process development and transfer, executing chromatography skids and filtration setups, scaling up processes, data analysis, and presenting findings in group meetings or to clients. The role emphasizes collaboration, multitasking, attention to detail, and building cross-functional relationships within Process Development and client teams. Requires a B.S. in Biological Science and 1-2 years of industry experience; full-time onsite in Tustin, CA with potential overtime.
Required Qualifications

- Ability to work overtime and/or weekends when necessary
