Job Summary
Prepare and conduct preclinical research in assay sample preparation for molecular diagnostics projects. Perform nucleic acid extraction and purification and analytically characterize chemical/biological mixtures. Independently execute moderately complex experiments, interpret results, and contribute to PCR assay development (qPCR, RT-qPCR, dPCR) and additional analytical techniques (FTIR, AAS, ICP-OES). Generate technical reports and presentations, support project planning under supervision, and maintain routine lab safety.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in biological or physical sciences (±5 years)
- Minimum 3-5 years Industry/diagnostic experience
- Practical laboratory skills
- Competence in mathematics and computer literacy; good organizational and problem-solving skills
- Experience in sample preparation and/or analytical chemistry
