Research Associate II

Lead the research, co-creation, and evaluation components of AGE-WELL and NRC’s Aging in Place Challenge, driving design, testing, and scaling of a national digital platform for AgeTech. Responsibilities include leading an e-Delphi study to establish impact metrics for healthy aging, providing operational leadership across multiple workstreams, coordinating deliverables among academia, industry, government, and experts by lived experience, refining platform development through iterative testing, and ensuring insights from co-creation activities are translated into actionable evidence and platform improvements. Requires a Master’s degree (PhD preferred) and at least 7 years of experience in complex, multi-stakeholder research or innovation projects, with strong knowledge mobilization, co-creation, and implementation science skills, and exceptional relationship-management abilities. The role is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, with hybrid work arrangements and a 1-year temporary full-time contract, potential renewal, and collaboration across national partners.”,
