Job Summary
Research Associate I (Renal, Solutions) will lead and coordinate technical activities related to product design changes and new product registrations in compliance with international regulations, provide technical assessments for design changes, prepare technical reports, and collaborate with global stakeholders. Responsibilities include leading multi-functional and international project teams, maintaining and updating technical documentation per Good Documentation Practices, mentoring junior members, exploring innovation concepts, and communicating progress to senior management. Requires hands-on knowledge of product development stages, design control, regulatory requirements, statistics/Six Sigma tools, and strong written/oral communication in English.
Required Qualifications
- Master’s in Chemistry or Pharmacy (or related disciplines) with minimum 4 years of relevant experience, or PhD in chemistry or Pharmacy (or related disciplines) with experience in Pharmaceutical product development and life cycle management, preferably sterile injectable/parenteral formulations.
