Job Summary
Execute defined laboratory experiments supporting oligonucleotide process development, including solid-phase synthesis, purification via chromatography and filtration, and material preparation. Perform reagent preparation, coupling, oxidation, detritylation, cleavage, and deprotection while evaluating process conditions and equipment settings under guidance. Collect and review analytical data from chromatographic and mass-spectrometric results, then record procedures, observations, and conclusions accurately in electronic laboratory notebooks. Contribute findings to technical reports and collaborate with cross-functional partners to investigate unexpected results. Maintain laboratory safety, follow quality compliance practices, and support inventory management. Occasional schedule flexibility may be required for time-sensitive experiments.
