Job Summary
Execute routine lab procedures for analysis of large molecules such as antibodies, ADCs, therapeutic proteins and cytokines from complex biological matrices; develop basic skills for operation of platforms such as ELISA, MSD, PCR, and flow cytometry for quantitative analysis; utilize analytical software to process data and evaluate results; prepare and review data summaries for submission to clients; collaborate with colleagues across departments; participate in efforts to improve processes and communicate analytical results and study status to the Principal Investigator.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field
- Experience in ELISA/plate-based assays (MSD platform is a plus)
- Ability to develop basic skills for operation of ELISA, MSD, PCR, and flow cytometry
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmaceutical sciences, or another related scientific field
- Experience in ELISA/plate-based assays (experience with MSD platform is not required but is a plus)
- Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience will be considered as substitution for the specific criteria outlined above
