Job Summary
Develop and optimize conjugation protocols for synthesis, characterization, and purification of novel oligonucleotide conjugates; maintain accurate lab notebooks and manage laboratory equipment and safety practices; collaborate with cross-functional partners; track project progress against timelines and communicate updates to management; execute daily lab operations with focus on minimizing hazards and ensuring quality; work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment in a full-time, on-site role at ADARx Pharmaceuticals.
Required Qualifications
- BS or MS in Chemistry or a related discipline
- Experience in organic synthesis or analytical laboratory preferred
- Good working knowledge of analytical techniques, especially RP-HPLC and LC-MS
- Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
