Job Summary
The Research Associate (LatAm) role focuses on bridging academic research and business impact through data processing and econometric analysis. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field
- Advanced proficiency in R and STATA
- Expert in causal inference, econometric modeling, and impact evaluation
- Proven track record of managing large-scale longitudinal or administrative datasets
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in Industrial Organization or Development Economics regarding labor markets and Colombian education/vocational systems
- Familiarity with the GEIH and other national information systems
- Proficiency in Python
