Research Associate (GMP Process Development)

Support the development, optimization, and technology transfer of protein purification procedures for recombinant proteins expressed in E. coli for Bio-Techne’s GMP production. Set up and conduct experiments to advance new product development, document results, prepare reports, transfer and scale developed procedures, and write purification protocols for recombinant proteins. Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and training procedures and regulations, and contribute to the feasibility stages of the development cycle. This role involves working in a fast-paced laboratory environment and requires the ability to plan, organize, multi-task, and communicate effectively.
