Conduct organic synthesis reactions at laboratory scale, purify compounds using techniques like Flash Chromatography and Rotavapor, and perform analysis, identification, and coding of synthesized molecules. Maintain precise electronic lab notebooks documenting all experiments, operate scientific instrumentation including HPLC, UV-Vis, and automated synthesizers, and ensure daily cleaning and maintenance of laboratory equipment and workspace. Communicate fluidly with the team of five chemists and the lab lead to support client requirements for purity, quantity, and structural determination.
