Job Summary
Organize project meetings, manage and clean data, and conduct analysis and coding for ongoing research projects on adolescent and young adult identity development. Assist with data dissemination through conference presentations and manuscripts, identify and recruit research partners, and support IRB processes. Collect data as part of the CDSP Policy lab's work under Dr. Wantchekon and collaborate with graduate students and other PIs. This role supports future lab project development within Georgetown University's Department of Psychology.
Required Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. in Psychology or a related field
- 2 or more years of high-level research experience
- Excellent communication (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with qualitative data collection and analysis
- Statistics training in SPSS, Stata, or R
- Prior coursework in identity developmental processes
