Job Summary
Conduct product efficacy and sensory assessments, communicate results, and engage consumers to extract insights on behavior and preferences. Operate and maintain advanced instruments for measuring skin and hair attributes while ensuring thorough documentation of all assigned projects. Collaborate independently and in teams to enable timely decisions, participate in ideation and troubleshooting, and assist in product claim substantiation through panel and consumer studies. Requires 3-4 years in consumer research and sensory science, plus 1-4 years in clinical trials or regulatory affairs. Master's degree in biological sciences, statistics, cosmetics, or psychology preferred. Multilingual skills in Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, and Hindi, along with photography and videography capabilities, are essential.
Required Qualifications
- At least 3-4 years of experience in Consumer Research and Sensory science
- Basic appreciation of Statistics
- At least 1-4 years of experience in Clinical Trials / regulatory affairs
- Masters in any Biological Sciences / Statistics / Cosmetics / Psychology
