Job Summary
Conduct laboratory experiments on assigned research projects while interpreting protocols and maintaining good research practices. Collect, prepare, analyze, and evaluate specimens or tissue cultures, then perform calculations and statistical analysis of results. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, participate in publishing significant findings, and keep abreast of current developments in the field. Adhere to University policies to safeguard assets while advancing expertise through continued education and training.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Learning Agility: Ability to learn new procedures, technologies, and protocols, and adapt to changing priorities and work demands
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with others and contribute to a team environment
- Technical Proficiency: Skilled in using office software, technology, and relevant computer applications
